Most Craftoze products are handmade and created individually.

Once production starts, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Personalization Changes
Allowed within 2–3 days after placing the order
Product Changes
Allowed only within 24 hours after placing the order
Shipping Address Changes
Allowed until the order has been dispatched.
Craftoze cannot guarantee changes after production begins.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products:
- No returns on customized products
- No exchanges on customized products
Refunds or replacement requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Delivery Claims
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Damaged product
You must provide:
A complete and clear unboxing video from package opening until product inspection.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Craftoze reserves the right to review each request before approval.
11. Lost Shipment Policy
If a shipment is lost during transit:
Resolution will be handled case-by-case.
Possible outcomes may include:

- Refund
- Courier investigation
Final decisions remain at Craftoze’s discretion.
