5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged, defective, or wrong product claims:

Customers must provide:

A continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package and clearly showing the product condition.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.


6. Refund Decisions

Craftoze generally prioritizes replacements over refunds.

If replacement is unavailable or not feasible:

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds (if applicable) are typically processed within:

5–7 business days

Processing times may vary depending on payment providers.


7. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.
